Konto löschen

So kannst du dein RefundTracker-Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten löschen.

Option 1: In der App

Du kannst dein Konto direkt in der RefundTracker-App löschen:

  1. Öffne die RefundTracker-App
  2. Tippe auf das Zahnrad-Symbol (Einstellungen)
  3. Scrolle nach unten und tippe auf „Konto löschen"
  4. Bestätige die Löschung im Dialog
Dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten (Retouren, Einstellungen, Tracking-Daten) werden sofort und unwiderruflich gelöscht.

Option 2: Per E-Mail

Falls du die App bereits deinstalliert hast oder dein Konto nicht über die App löschen kannst, sende eine E-Mail an:

support[at]refundtracker.io

Bitte verwende die E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich bei RefundTracker registriert hast. Wir bearbeiten deine Anfrage innerhalb von 7 Werktagen.

Einzelne Daten löschen (ohne Kontolöschung)

Du kannst einzelne Retouren löschen, ohne dein Konto zu löschen:

  1. Öffne die RefundTracker-App
  2. Tippe auf die Retoure, die du löschen möchtest
  3. Scrolle nach unten und tippe auf „Retoure löschen"
  4. Bestätige die Löschung im Dialog

Dabei werden alle Daten zu dieser Retoure entfernt (Shop-Name, Betrag, Sendungsnummer, Tracking-Daten, Beschreibung). Dein Konto und alle anderen Retouren bleiben erhalten.

Welche Daten werden bei der Kontolöschung gelöscht?

Bei der Kontolöschung werden folgende Daten unwiderruflich entfernt:

Dieser Vorgang kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden. Stelle sicher, dass du keine Daten mehr benötigst, bevor du dein Konto löschst.

Delete Account

How to delete your RefundTracker account and all associated data.

Option 1: In the app

You can delete your account directly in the RefundTracker app:

  1. Open the RefundTracker app
  2. Tap the gear icon (Settings)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog
Your account and all associated data (returns, settings, tracking data) will be deleted immediately and permanently.

Option 2: Via email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot delete your account through the app, send an email to:

support[at]refundtracker.io

Please use the email address you registered with on RefundTracker. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Delete individual data (without deleting your account)

You can delete individual returns without deleting your account:

  1. Open the RefundTracker app
  2. Tap the return you want to delete
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Return"
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog

This removes all data associated with that return (shop name, amount, tracking number, tracking data, description). Your account and all other returns remain intact.

What data is deleted when you delete your account?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

This action cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need any data before deleting your account.
